By purchasing any product or program from Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read this document carefully before completing your purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The information, education, and content provided by Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure — including all programs, courses, live calls, worksheets, and materials — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for individual medical care, psychiatric treatment, therapy, or professional mental health services. Participation in any Reclaiming with Tammy program does not establish a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship.
PART ONE — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in any digital product, online course, membership, coaching program, or service offered by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, LLC, operating under the brand name “Reclaiming with Tammy” (referred to throughout these Terms as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, LLC is owned and operated by Tammy Morath, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Clinical Sexologist.
By purchasing a product, course, membership, coaching program, or service through our website, ThriveCart checkout, or another authorized Company payment platform, you (“Customer,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Payments may be securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.
2. Products and Services
Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, offers digital educational products and programs including, but not limited to:
• Online courses and video lesson libraries
• Live and recorded group Q&A sessions
• Downloadable worksheets, workbooks, and guides
• Community membership and group programs
• Email-based content and resources
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped. Access instructions and digital delivery details will be provided via the email address associated with your purchase.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases of self-paced courses, downloadable workbooks, digital educational materials, and other one-time digital products offered by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, LLC, operating under the brand name Reclaiming with Tammy, are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have reviewed the product description and understand what is included in your purchase.
Digital course access and educational materials are generally provided immediately or shortly after purchase.
Refunds are not offered for changes of mind, lack of participation, failure to complete a course, or failure to use purchased materials.
Individual results vary, and dissatisfaction with personal outcomes does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Technical Access Issues
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing purchased materials, please contact us so we can investigate and work toward a reasonable resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Memberships and Private Coaching
Recurring membership payments, renewals, and cancellations are addressed separately in the Membership Billing, Automatic Renewal & Cancellation section.
Private coaching services may be subject to separate written agreements specifying payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Membership Billing, Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
Inner Circle Membership
Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, offers an Inner Circle membership for $47 per month, billed as a recurring subscription through our secure checkout platform, ThriveCart.
Automatic Renewal
By purchasing an Inner Circle membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $47 to your selected payment method until your membership is canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Inner Circle membership at any time. To request cancellation, contact us using the contact information provided in these Terms of Service or use the cancellation options available through your membership account, if provided.
Cancellation requests must be received before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Once your cancellation is processed, no additional recurring membership payments will be charged.
Membership Access Following Cancellation
If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the Inner Circle through the end of your current paid billing period. Your access will automatically end when that billing period expires.
Refunds
Membership payments are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period, including periods of inactivity or nonparticipation.
Changes to Membership Pricing
Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, reserves the right to modify membership pricing. Existing members will receive advance notice of any price changes affecting their subscriptions, including when the change takes effect and any choices available to them under applicable law.
Membership Content and Availability
Membership benefits may include educational resources, community discussions, live sessions, recorded materials, and other offerings described at enrollment. Specific activities and resources may evolve over time. Members will be notified of material changes to their membership benefits.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure, make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences from participation in any program or use of any digital product.
Individual results vary significantly and depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to:
• Your personal health history, hormonal status, and medical circumstances
• The nature and history of your personal relationships
• Your level of engagement with and completion of program materials
• Your willingness to implement the tools, practices, and recommendations provided
• Concurrent medical, therapeutic, or other professional support you are or are not receiving
• Individual psychological, emotional, and physiological differences
Testimonials and examples shared by Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power & Pleasure — including from past participants — represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your experience will be unique to you.
Participation in a Reclaiming with Tammy program is not a substitute for working with a licensed medical provider, therapist, or other qualified professional. You are encouraged to seek individualized professional support alongside any educational program.
6. Educational Purpose and No Professional Relationship
All content, materials, programs, and communications provided by Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, are for educational and informational purposes only.
Participation in any program, course, or community does not create a therapist-client relationship, a counselor-client relationship, a medical provider-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Tammy Morath or Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure.
Nothing in our programs, materials, or communications constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, or professional therapeutic services. Always consult a qualified professional for individualized medical or mental health guidance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included in Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, programs and products — including video lessons, worksheets, workbooks, guides, scripts, frameworks, community content, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tammy Morath and Reclaiming with Tammy.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the materials for your own personal use only. You may not:
• Share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell any program materials
• Share your login credentials or program access with others
• Use program content for commercial purposes or to create derivative products
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute live Q&A sessions or video lessons
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
8. Community Conduct and Participation
If your program includes access to a community platform (such as Thrive Academy), you agree to participate respectfully and in accordance with any community guidelines provided. Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, reserves the right to remove any participant from the community or program — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of community standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, Tammy Morath, LMHC, BCCS, and any affiliates, contractors, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any program, use of any materials, or reliance on any content provided.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to discontinue use. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or program giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
Reclaiming with Tammy, operated by Reclaiming Power and Pleasure, reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in any program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
