Participants are encouraged to engage in personal reflection through exercises, journals, worksheets, and workbooks. These materials are intended primarily for individual use.

Participants are not required to submit completed exercises or disclose personal reflections to Reclaiming with Tammy. Sharing personal information or completed exercises is entirely voluntary.

If you choose to share personal reflections, experiences, or sensitive information with us, we will handle that information with reasonable care and discretion, subject to the privacy practices described in this Policy.

 

Group Calls, Trainings, and Community Discussions

Our programs may include group coaching calls, live trainings, discussions, and online community spaces.

Coaching and Therapy Distinction

Participation in Reclaiming with Tammy educational programs, courses, memberships, or group activities does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Although Tammy Morath is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Clinical Sexologist, these educational and coaching services are separate from clinical mental health treatment.

Participation does not create the legal confidentiality protections associated with a formal therapeutic relationship.
